After finding out that my daughter had a big cyst on her ovary at the ER, we were referred. My daughter is 14 and this would be her first Gynocology appointment. It was hard for me as a mother to see her go through this at this age. After visiting the Dr, she explained that there was in fact no cyst but  that one ovary is bigger than the other. She explained everything to my daughter and I very well and made her feel very comfortable. We were very appreciative of the length the Dr went to so she can make her feel comfortable and explain in depth about the workings of everything down there. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a pediatric or adolescent gynecologist. I was very pleased and happy that the Dr came up with a plan for my daughter’s pains she was experiencing as well.

Dr. Yemi and her staff are amazing. I am so glad my daughter’s Pediatrician made the referral. The doctor’s thoroughness was so awesome, nothing was rushed. I CANNOT recommend Texas Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology enough. Dr. Adeyemi is one of the best doctors I’ve ever interacted with. Our initial appointment was about an hour because so many questions were asked. She quickly diagnosed the  root cause of the issue which our pediatrician had dismissed earlier in the year. Honestly, I wish she could be my gynecologist!

I was blown away by the doctor and staff. From the moment I made the phone call I feel I received nothing but top notch care. The scheduler was very patient as my schedule is hectic, but she found something that worked perfectly for us. The care they took for us was amazing. I was a little apprehensive about the exam for my daughter but Dr. Adeyemi-Fowode was excellent. Her bedside manner and explanation were very age appropriate but also informative. I feel extremely confident in her recommendations and would urge anyone needing a pediatric gynecologist to see her. I am very impressed with the service I received.
